| Your appointment with us:
All appointments, when made by you with us, have a specific date, time of day, and length of stay. These times are held for you, and are not released to other patients who request those times.
Patients unable to keep an appointment are asked to let us know as soon as possible.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with sufficient notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment time to another patient.
Cancellations without sufficient notice will incur a cancellation fee. Appointment cancellations will attract a cancellation fee if we are unable to release the held clinical time to another patient. In circumstances where we are able to re-allocate the appointment then a partial fee or no fee will be charged.
Missed appointments with no notification will incur a missed appointment fee.
If you do not notify us in a timely manner, you will be charged incrementally for the period of time that you set aside in our schedule.
We will attempt to remind you of the appointment that you made.
